Gauguin

I saw an exhibition dedicated to Gauguin at the Thyseen Museum yesterday. Unfortunately, it wasn't allowed to make pictures of the paintings so I had to do with some posters. Anyhow, there are plenty of Gauguin's paintings on the internet. Check here. Just beautiful and inspiring.

Baby Alma

We bought Alma at a pet shop when she was 3 months old. She was all white and was so scared she didn't say one meow. I even thought she was mute. But no, now she is very talktive, she gives us all kinds of orders: open that door, let me in, lie down because I want to lie down with you....so fresh.
Siamese kittens are the cuttest. Watch this one.

Mirador del Río

 

"El Mirador del Río" is a place designed by the artist César Manrique. From it you can see a small island called "La Graciosa", (a marine reserve area). Certainly breathtaking. You can check the map of the Canary Islands here.

Ice Cream

Whenever I think of Italy, I think of  ice creams. Of course, I relate Italy to many other things such as beauty, art, design, clothes, and food, but I never, ever, tasted any ice cream as good as the Italian ice cream.
