Some years ago, Mark bought a book about food in the U.S. (second and third photo above).
It is a beautiful encyclopedia which describes, with plenty of pictures, food and dishes from different regions in the United States. Today -inspired by a recipe I saw in the book- I decided to make a couple of Tex-Mex dishes: "enchiladas" and "quesadillas".
I think they were very much appreciated by everybody at home.
