Endives Salad & Pasta

Need some inspiration for your next lunch or dinner? Like this salad? It was made by Mark. He said he saw it in a restaurant. Funny thing about memory, you always remember what you like. So, let's see what you need: endives, roquefort cheese, corn, walnuts and pine nuts; add olive oil and balsamic vinegar and presto!

Pasta a la Puttanesca, as main dish. Here you have a recipe from Jamie Oliver. We enjoyed this meal some days ago and it was certainly delicious.

Yesterday I ate out and I remembered of the endives salad, although I got a tasty cocktail sauce salad!
