Cartuja de Valldemossa Monastery (Balearic Islands II)

A new set of pics of Majorca (the largest island of the Balearic Islands). This time I wanted to show you the beautiful town of Valldemossa, located on top of a mountain. It's best known because of its Monastery and because Chopin and George Sand lived here for some months in the 19th century.

Cool! I was there two years ago and it's was a great time. I strongly recommend visiting Dèia, where Ribert Graves is buried! It's worth a visit of his tomb and his house, which nowadays is a museum.

Thanks, Mónica, for the post.
